My name is Jessica Welch. The hair and makeup industry has been my passion since I was a very young girl. Having the opportunity to make my guest feel beautiful and confident is priceless. When I began my career as a freelance artist. I would have never believed it would be what it is today. Working with brides has been an amazing experience. I feel so blessed to be a part of one of the most special days in a person life. I am the creator/CEO of BRUSH. I specialize in on-location hair & AIRBRUSH makeup for bridal and wedding parties, editorial, print, special occasions and photo shoots. I have received my cosmetology degree from the Summit Salon Academy where I am trained in Redken color, cutting, and styling. I have also received my certificate from Tamanna Roashan (owner of DressYourFace) International Beauty Educator. I am based out of Plant City, Florida and travel throughout the state of Florida. I am also available for Destination Weddings/Photo Shoots. Some of the beautiful places I have traveled include Vermont, Georgia, and St. Augustine, Florida just to name a few. For Travel & Destination Wedding/Photo Shoots transportation and accommodations are required. A custom quote is available upon request.
